Payment

What are the available payment methods?

Visa, Mastercard and Applepay.
We also accept PayNow. If you prefer this mode of payment, please reach out to us via e-mail with:

  1. Your order;
  2. Your name;
  3. Your billing address;
  4. Your e-mail address;
  5. Your contact number;
  6. Recipient name;
  7. Recipient shipping address (this must be an address where someone is available to sign for the package);
  8. Recipient mobile number; and
  9. Any message you'd like to leave for the recipient.

We will then provide you with the full invoice amount and UEN / bank account details to transfer the payment to. Please note that we will only be able to process your order once payment has been received.

Cancellation / Changes

Please note that we are unable to cancel / accept changes to your order once your order has been placed.  Having said that, if you are experiencing any issues, please contact us at littlecritters.sg@gmail.com.

Exchanges / Refunds

Please note that we are unable to exchange / refund your order once your order has been placed unless the items were received damaged.  Please contact us at littlecritters.sg@gmail.com.
 

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently accept orders for delivery within Singapore only.

What are the shipping costs?

S$4.50 per box for shipping within Singapore (within 3 working days from confirmation of your order). If you require express delivery at $15 per box (same day or next day), drop us a message on instagram and we will see if we can fit in express delivery availability. 

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 3 working days from the confirmation of your order. If you require it on the same day / next day drop us a message on instagram

Must someone be available to sign for the package when delivered?

Yes. Our couriers will require signature upon receipt. Please provide a recipient address where someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel. It's important to us that your giftboxes are properly received!  Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to deliver our giftboxes to hospitals for now.
